L’établissement fournit au patient un devis qui est réalisé sur la base des informations transmises par le patient et est susceptible d’évoluer au gré des suites de la prise en charge. Le devis présente le détail des actes médicaux ainsi que les options envisageables dans l’établissement.
Les assurances privées et caisses de votre pays peuvent prendre en charge tout ou partie des soins.
L’acceptation du devis par le patient ou l’institution adresseur s’accompagne d’un prépaiement avec versement d’acompte auprès de la Direction des Finances de l’hôpital.

CHAMBRE
L’établissement s’engage à fournir au patient, une chambre individuelle offrant la possibilité d’accueillir un accompagnant. Cette chambre dispose de sanitaires et de douches, du téléphone, d’un accès au Wifi et d’une offre de télévision permettant d’accéder à des chaînes internationales.
D’autres demandes de prestations individuelles à la demande peuvent être fournies.
ACCUEIL D’UN ACCOMPAGNANT
Pour les patients occupant une chambre particulière, un membre de leur entourage peut être autorisé à rester auprès d’eux et peut prendre des repas (lit accompagnant et repas à régler).
Le personnel soignant se rendra disponible pour organiser cet accueil le mieux possible.
REPAS
Nous vous proposons des menus adaptés à vos goûts. Si votre état de santé le nécessite, nos diététiciennes composent des régimes spécifiques conformément aux prescriptions médicales.
INTERPRETARIAT
Si vous ne parlez pas le français, vous pouvez vous faire aider pour la traduction. Il suffit de le demander au cadre du service dans lequel vous allez être hospitalisé.

The establishment has a medical imaging platform and a medical biology laboratory on its site.
Consultations as well as stays (hospitalization) at the Swiss Hospital in Paris are subject to payment.
The establishment provides patient with a quote based on the information provided by the patient himself, which may change as a result of the treatment. The quote gives details about the medical procedures and the options available in the hospital.
Private insurance companies and health insurance funds in your country may cover all or part of the cost of treatment.
Acceptance of the quotation by the patient or the referring institution is accompanied by a prepayment with a deposit to the hospital's finance department.

The establishment has been certified by the High Authority for Health (HAS) and the care is provided in compliance with the quality and safety of care. This external control guarantees a high level of service and care delivered to patients.
The establishment commits itself to provide the patient, with a single room offering the possibility of accommodating an accompanying person. This room has sanitary facilities and showers, a telephone, access to Wifi and a television offering access to international channels.

RECEPTION OF AN ACCOMPANYING PERSON
For patients occupying a private room, a member of their family may be allowed to stay with them and may take meals (accompanying bed and meals have to be paid for).
The care staff will make themselves available to organize the reception as best they can.
